Being from Dallas area initial search was web based. Once a type of house was discussed and a price range established I made the trip to Pratt. Starla had several homes to view. I made an offer and returned to Dallas. The initial offer was rejected but Starla kept me informed of counter offer and a price was finally agreed to. She arranged for home inspections once a closing date set, I returned. Starla had handled contract and title company. Although the whole process took awhile it's the easiest and smooth purchase I have ever had. Starla's the best.
